SHIPPING AND RETURN

Once you have confirmed the order by either making the payment online or by selecting COD as the mode of payment, the contents of your order will be shipped to you within the next 2-3 business days.

In case you are not satisfied with the contents of the package that you receive or if there is any damage to the product, you can send the product back within the next 7 days and we will do the needful. Based on your requirement, we will either replace the product for you or your entire money will be sent back into your bank account.

Note: Return and COD are not available on Customized product (Unless it’s a Manufacturing defect).

When can a mobile case be replaced/returned?

We have a very simple return/replacement policy. Just ship the product in original condition to us and we will happily replace/refund it.

  • In case of manufacturing defect, we will reimburse you Rs 100/- for courier charges as well.
  • Otherwise the courier charges from your location to our location has to be bourne by the customer only.
  • In case of COD refund, Rs 50/- will be deducted from the total amount and remaining will be refunded back to you.

When can a Customized mobile case be replaced/returned?

Customized mobile cases cannot be returned but only replaced. The replacement can be done only in condition of manufacturing defect. The product will be replaced with same design and size only.
