We've designed our cases to be very protective however, we do not claim to be a "rugged" type of case that is designed to protect your iPhone when mishandled or dropped. We consider each Star1hash a fashion accessory. Our cases are handmade and require certain care.
You can return your case for a full refund within 3 days of you receiving it as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We do offer exchanges within 7 days if the case is damaged or defective. All "sale" cases are final sale, we cannot offer a refund.
We require approximately 1-3 business days for processing. Then it takes approx. 3-5 business days (U.S. only) for shipping. Canada shipping takes about 10-14 days and shipping to all other countries takes from 14-18 days.
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to track your package. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE an order confirmation email, check your SPAM folder first. If it’s not in there then you might have entered the wrong email. Just contact us and we'll help.
Contact the courier or your local post office. They’ll be able to help you locate your package and get an exact delivery date. Be sure to have your tracking #ID to give them.
No, our cases are handmade and each design we make requires a special transfer process to special fabrics we use. Each case will look a bit different however, we believe that is what makes your Star1hash case unique.
We appreciate your enthusiasm and interest in your very own custom Star1hash case but unfortunately we don’t custom make cases at the moment. Who knows, maybe in the future we will.
All our prices are listed in INR. If you are using a currency other than INR make sure to convert your total before completing your purchase!
Unless the case is damaged when you receive it or you received a case you did not order, we do not cover the cost of shipping the case back to us.
If it's an exchange we'll gladly ship the exchange case back to you once we receive your returned case.

This depends on the design. We usually have an inventory cases but if a case is unavailable it usually takes about a week to restock more cases.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST. We do occasionally work on Saturday's from 9 to noon but not all time.
